Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Makers Mark
- 1 oz Fresh Sour mix (1:1 lemon lime juice)
- 1 strawberry (large or 2 medium)
- 1 oz African Spiced Syrup
- 1 oz Egg White
Instructions
African Spiced Syrup
- 1:1 sugar to water
- 12 green cardamom pods
- 1/4 Ethiopian coffee beans or dark roast
- 2 tbsp Black Peppercorns (Tanzanian)
- 5 Pemba cloves
- 1 Madagascar vanilla bean pod
Garnish: Kaffir leaf & 24k gold leaf on top
Glassware: Coupe
