Simple bourbon sweet tea using the full body flavor of Maker’s Mark Cask Strength. The Indi is inspired by the Sweet Tea served at Indi’s, a Louisville staple black-owned restaurant known for serving the best fried chicken.

Ingredients
Scale
1.5 oz Maker’s Cask
.5 oz Italicus
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Sweet Tea Syrup
1 dash Fee Brother’s Black Walnut
Instructions
Build in shaker with ice. Shake hard. Pour in glass over large cube.
Sweet Tea Syrup
Brew 3 bags of Lipton tea for 1 quart of water. Take the warm tea and add Equal parts sugar
