18 Oct Apple Moscow Mule (Mocktail)
Glassware: Rocks glass
Ingredients
- 3oz unfiltered apple cider
- .5oz cinnamon syrup
- Barspoon of fresh lemon juice
- Top with COCK N BULL GINGER BEER
Method: Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass over ice and top with the ginger beer.
Vanilla Syrup
- 1cup Demarrera sugar
- 1cup water
- 1 Madagascar Vanilla Bean
Split and scrape Vanilla bean and add it and the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat and stir till sugar is incorporated in the water,let simmer covered for 20 minutes, let cool and refrigerate till use.
Garnish: with a cinnamon bruleed apple ring.

Slice apple horizontally and remove core
Dust with cinnamon then Demarrera sugar and hit with a kitchen torch until sugar is caramelized. Let cool before service.
