Apple Moscow Mule- Apple Cider Moscow Mule Mocktail

The Apple Moscow Mule is a mocktail that can be enjoyed without feeling like youre missing out on the alcohol. This beverage is packed with fall flavours and spices that will have you excited for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3oz unfiltered apple cider
  • .5oz cinnamon syrup
  • Barspoon of fresh lemon juice
  • Top with COCK N BULL GINGER BEER

Instructions

Method: Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass over ice and top with the ginger beer. 

Vanilla Syrup
  • 1cup  Demarrera sugar
  • 1cup water
  • 1 Madagascar Vanilla Bean

Split and scrape Vanilla bean and add it and the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat and stir till sugar is incorporated in the water,let simmer covered for 20 minutes, let cool and refrigerate till use.

Garnish: with a cinnamon bruleed apple ring.

Slice apple horizontally and remove core

Dust with cinnamon then  Demarrera sugar and hit with a kitchen torch until sugar is caramelized. Let cool before service.

Glassware: Rocks glass
