Apple Blossom Jeans – Sparkling Apple Cider Mocktail

The Apple Blossom Jeans Mocktail is the perfect non acloholic beverage to celebrate the holiday season. This drink provides your tatsebuds with mutliple flavours like apple cider and maple.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5oz autumn shrub*
  • 1.5oz Seedlip Grove 42
  • .75oz lemon juice
  • 1oz apple cider
  • Top with Top Chico

Instructions

Method: Combine ingredients in mixing tin.  Shake for 10 seconds.  Double strain into Collins glass.  Top with Topo Chico (now more than 2 oz).  Give a quick stir and garnish with apple slices and fresh grate nutmeg. 

Autumn Shrub (makes about 4 portions) 
  • 2oz maple syrup
  • 1oz calamansi vinegar 
  • .75oz honey
  • 1oz ginger juice
  • 1oz water.

Mix and refrigerate.

Garnish: Garnish with apple slices and fresh grate nutmeg. 

Glassware: Collins glass
