Virgin Mario (Mocktail)

Glassware: 12onz Snifter

  • 2onz Super Mario syrup ( red)
  • 1onz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 fresh Lime juice
  • 2onz Fever-Tree Ginger beer
  • Grated fresh nutmeg on top
  • Crush Ice

Build ingredients in a shaker and shake.  Pour over crushed ice.

Virgin Mario Syrup

8onz Honey syrup (2 part raw honey 1 part water) 2 red apple cut in dices, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, and two small hibiscus tea bags. Put all these ingredients into a small cooking pot on medium-low for 20 minutes. Let it sit. Put in a container and place it in the cooler for 2 hours. Double strainer the mixture pressing down and put into a small bottle ready to use.

Garnish: Big mint bouquet, micro flower, metal straw. Small Mario figure.
