Half-n-Half 46 – Spiked White Peach Tea Lemonade

A peachy, modern twist on the classic “Arnold Palmer”, uses Maker’s Mark 46 for a smooth finish. Great for sipping on a hot, summer day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • Muddle White Peach slices
  • 1.5oz Maker’s Mark 46
  • 1oz Roobis Tea (brew rooibos tea, with a couple of slices of peaches and lemon thyme. Chill. DO NOT SWEETEN)
  • .75oz Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Rich Simple Syrup (2.1 – two parts raw cane sugar, one-part spring water)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and shake well. Double strain the shaken mixture into the highball glass over ice. Add a white peach, ice cubes and more lemon thyme.

Garnish: Garnish by lining a highball glass with white peach slices, lemon, and thyme.

Glassware: Highball glass
