At an early age, Duriel and his love of food started in the kitchen with his dad and grandmother. He knew that with this early knowledge and his passion for cooking that a second career in food only made sense. Police officer by day/chef by night, Duriel obtained his second degree in Culinary Arts. He is a devoted husband, father of two and die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan.
