Tea and tisane focused kombucha.The wisdom of the Tortuga— symbolized for us the taking of time to make the best kombucha. We were interested in learning how each Tea tastes before and after fermentation. The development of our kombucha was a process. This allowed us to ask and learn from people, shops about tea and its culture, tradition, regions, flavors and cultivation.
