Our authentic, succulent and flavourful menu is a culinary melting pot that reflect the cultures that have influences the island of Jamaica for centuries. The jerk flavour is a blend of herbs and spices that has become native to Jamaica and has inspired us to fuse Jamaican cuisine with other cultures by introducing items such as our FAMOUS jerk poutine and pasta, amongst other creative dishes.
