He knew that with this early knowledge and his passion for cooking that a second career in food only made sense. Police officer by day/chef by night, Duriel obtained his second degree in Culinary Arts. He is a devoted husband, father of two and die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan.

I’ve had the lobster mac and cheese, there is nothing that I’ve eaten lately comes close. This is a superb dish.
