Squash the Beef

Squash the Beef is a vegan comfort food business that specializes in creating delicious and satisfying plant-based meals that provide a sense of comfort to our customers. We currently provide catering services, food buggy and a restaurant that is open 4-days a week. We also sell our lemonades retail at the Fairfax Marketplace. Our business offers a range of dishes such as vegan mac-n-cheez, plant-based burgers, bbq jackfruit and our kale and peach-mango lemonade.
