Thats the motto at Niecies Restaurant. Founded in 1985, we have been serving the community of Kansas City for 25 years. History Owner, Denise Ward had a dream to open a restaurant to highlight the recipes learned from her mother. In 1985, she and her husband Perry Ward opened her first location, a small storefront, at 5932 Prospect Ave in Kansas City, MO.

Food is great. $1.50 per item to go fee is not great.

  These restaurants are hanging on by a literal thread. When you order something online you almost always pay shipping and handing… because it costs businesses more to package and send it. Same goes for restaurants. I think $1.50 is super reasonable, especially considering their menu prices are so affordable.

Friendliest staff ever. They are so welcoming and warm. Fried chicken and friend catfish is so good, I finish and can’t wait to order it again. We love ordering to go for a picnic and can’t wait to go back for breakfast when it’s safe to do so.
