Everyone knows us to serve traditional Southern foods, including smothered turkey wings, chitterlings, cornbread dressing, black-eyed peas, smothered pork chops, candied yams, two-time award winning baked macaroni and cheese, and, of course, Houston’s best braised oxtails. 61 years later, This Is It is now lead by the fourth generation with mentorship from the third generation and is growing day by day.
