The Bakers’ Lounge

Since 1960, the tradition of baking pastries from scratch has continued with The Bakers’ Lounge. Our Creative Director, Catherine Cotay, was taught by her grandmother inside of her English bakery – The View. The View was located on 45 Fortstreet and was regarded as one of the finest bakeries with a range of speciality items to include wedding cakes and pastries. Catherine, a graduate of Greenwich University, remains passionate about creating an experience that makes our customers, ” taste the difference”.
