This cocktail is perfect for a first date night. Refreshing perfectly balanced to pair with a fig basil flatbread filled with aphrodisiacs. 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2oz Maker’s Mark 46
  • .5oz grapefruit juice
  • .5oz Averna
  • .25oz Malort
  • 3 dashes of peach bitters

Instructions

Method: Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain. Over new ice in a rocks glass. 

Glassware: Rocks glass

Garnish: Garnish with grapefruit zest and peel.
