Sometimes you want to feel like RHOyalty while you sit and sip. These moments call not for a glass of Malbec or Pinot Gris, but they call for the classic martini with a “blue twist”. Let the RHOyal Blue and Gold unfold!

Ingredients
Scale
1.5 Oz.. Vodka
1.5 Oz. Blue Curacao
2.25 Oz. Cranberry Juice
1 Tsp. Simple Syrup or sugar
Garnishments:
Honey
Slice of lemon
1/4 C. of Sugar
A few drops of yellow food coloring optional
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix food coloring and 1/4 C. of sugar.
Add colored sugar to a small plate.
Dip rim of a martini glass in honey and then sugar until coated.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with 2 C. of ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into martini glasses.
