A play on a Bramble. Dark and mysterious easy to drink, refreshing with a ginger kick to finish

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1oz Spiced Cordial (mix’d roots sangria)
  • .5oz Boozy Botanical (vanilla allspice)
  • 1 bar spoon Trade Street Jam Co (Blueberry Lemon basil) 
  • 2 oz Maker’s 46
  • 2oz Mocktail Club ( Manhattan Berry)

Instructions

Method: Spiced cordial add 4oz lemon juice to dried fruit,cinnamon and sugar in mix’d roots mason jar, shake until sugar is dissolved and refrigerate 24hours

Add ingredients to mixing tin,fill with ice and shake 15-20 seconds. double  strain into collins glass,fill glass with crushed ice, top with 2oz Mocktail Club (Manhattan Berry)

Garnish:  Two sage leaves expressed and a cinnamon stick

Glassware: Collins glass
