A not so classic take on a French 75 with notes of Apple and baking spice to make you feel like you’ve just stepped into my mother’s kitchen on Thanksgiving morning.

2 oz Makers Mark Whiskey
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Stewed Apple Syrup
.25 oz Giffard Madagascar Vanilla
1 oz Martinellis Organic Apple Cider
1 oz Zardetto Prosecco
Instructions
Method: Add ingredients (except cider and Prosecco) to Boston shaker, add ice, Shake 10 seconds and pour into a champagne flute. Top with cider and Prosecco.
