Best Bites Competition:
Throughout the event all Nosh culinary stations will compete for bragging rights in various categories. Winners will be awarded a variety of prizes from our event sponsors. Each participant is eligible to win one of the three categories below:

- Best Bite Award: Winner selected from guest food judge who selects best Food appearance, taste, creativity, and aroma.
- Showmanship Award: Winner selected from guest food judge who selects Table/booth appearance, presentation, and display.
- Peoples Choice Award: Winner selected from a vote tally of the audience’s overall favorite.
- Healthy Bite Award: Winner selected from guest food judge who selects best healthy bite for the evening. Judges choice based off appearance, taste, creativity, and aroma.
- Sweet Bite Award: Winner selected from guest food judge who selects best sweet bite for the evening. Judges choice based off appearance, taste, creativity, and aroma.

Participation Fee: $50
The participation fee will confirm and secure your placement in the culinary showcase event.

Vendor Fee Terms:
Black Restaurant Week will retain the Vendor Fee if the vendor doesn't show to the event, or provide cancellation notice by email 5 days prior to the event.
