Passions Mark

A play on a “brown derby” the passions mark is a bright tropical cocktail whose citrus notes mesh well with the vanilla and caramel notes from the Maker’s Mark spirit.

Glassware:  Chilled coupe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz pineapple juice freshly juiced canned is an acceptable substitute
  • 0.5 oz honey 3:1 ratio
  • .25 oz lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • .75 oz Chinola Passion fruit liquor
  • 1.5 oz Maker’s Mark

Method: Build in tin, shake double train into chilled coupe garnish and enjoy

Garnish: 3 Edible flowers
