Passions Mark- Passion Fruit Brown Derby
A play on a “brown derby” the passions mark is a bright tropical cocktail whose citrus notes mesh well with the vanilla and caramel notes from the Maker’s Mark spirit.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 oz pineapple juice freshly juiced canned is an acceptable substitute
- 0.5 oz honey 3:1 ratio
- .25 oz lemon juice fresh squeezed
- .75 oz Chinola Passion fruit liquor
- 1.5 oz Maker’s Mark
Instructions
Method: Build in tin, shake double train into chilled coupe garnish and enjoy
Garnish: 3 Edible flowers
Glassware: Chilled coupe
