Method: Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe. Add three drops of jerk bitters on top. Finish with three coffee beans on top (where they came from, where they are, and where they’re going). Orange zest oil finish.
Combine three cups of cold brew, two cups of raw sugar and two shots of espresso in a pot on low heat. Split one vanilla bean in half lengthwise and add two medium-sized cinnamon sticks. Stir lightly until fragrant and sugar is dissolved. Strain before using.
Garnish: Garnish with 3 coffee beans
