Maker Peachy

The perfect transition drink from summer to fall highlighting the irresistible smooth taste of Maker’s Mark in combination with the sweet, distinctive, fresh peach flavor from everyone’s corner store favorites! This illustrious drink is sure to appease all taste buds and is a breeze to recreate at home.

Glassware: Martini Glass

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Maker’s Mark
  • ½ oz Cointreau
  • 1 ½ oz Calypso Southern Peach Lemonade
  •  ½ oz Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water, brought to a boil)
  • ½ oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Method: Start by making your simple syrup; bring 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil and let cool (I usually make the day before and let chill in the fridge overnight). When you are ready to make your drink, start by chilling your martini glass by filling with ice and water, let sit while you combine drink ingredients in a shaker.  Add all ingredients into a shaker, then add 1 to 2 scoops of ice. Seal the shaker and shake shake shake! Once you are done shaking, dump the ice and water out of the martini glass, rim with simple syrup and dip in sugar. Use a bar strainer to strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass.   Drink and enjoy with peach rings!

Garnish: Sugar & Peach Rings Garnish with 3 peach rings by cutting a slit in them and placing on the side of the glass.
