The Halal Barbecue Beef Ribs recipe is the perfect meal to make when you are craving something both juicy and flavourful. You can never go wrong with preparing this for dinner and being halal makes it ten times better.

4–6 pounds of halal beef ribs
4 tablespoons of granulated garlic
4 tablespoons of onion powder
4 tablespoons of smoked paprika
2 table of Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
3/4 cup oil
Instructions
To make the rub:
Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix them well, then add oil.
After you completely mix seasonings and oil rub all over the meat and place it in a plastic bag, then let it marinate overnight.

To make ribs:Â
Prepare the grill with hickory logs and charcoal and light.
Make a water bottle and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Sit it near the grill.
Remove meat from refrigerator and place on aluminium pan. Gather tongs
Once the charcoal is lit and very hot as well as the hickory log, add ribs face down to the grill. Turn continuously as the meat browns and after 2 hours of absorbing the hickory charcoal smoke remove them from the grill. (Set aside)
Place meat from the grill in a roasting pan add water, then place in the oven with the lid on for 3 hours at 300 degrees.
After 3 hours check for tenderness, if not to your preference then add 30 minutes to 1 hour more cook time.
Add sauce put back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then serve.
