Evil Luigi

For this cocktail, I choose Makers Mark Cask Strength, and I’m combining amazing flavors of green apples, cinnamon, almonds, and vanilla. A tiki cocktail experience highlighting the beautiful notes of Makers. Evil Luigi is an explosion of flavors in the palate. Goes from almonds, green apple, cinnamon and pineapple, and a friendly hit of Makers Cask Strength for a great finish. 

Glassware: Green Tiki mug

  • 1.5onz Maker’s Mark Cask Strength
  • 1.5onz Evil Luigi cordial (green)
  • 1/2onz fresh lemon juice
  • 1onz Fresh pineapple juice
  • Ground cinnamon on top

Build ingredients in a shaker and shake. Pour over ice in a tiki mug and garnish.

Evil Luigi Cordial

10oz of Velvet Falernum liquor, 2 green apples cut in dices, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1onz apple cider vinegar. Put all ingredients into a cooking pot in med-low for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool down. Placed it in the cooler overnight. Double strain and add 5 drops of Organic Pandan extract. Pandan Is a very small bottle with a green liquid. The Pandan extract, just add some vanilla and almond flavor and the green color. Shake well before use.

Garnish: 2 Pineapple horns, orchids, green apple fan skewers. Small Luigi figure.
