It’s time for a drink. Join us and Maker’s Mark all week on IG Live at 6pm CST as we feature live cocktail demos from top bartenders, a live chef demo, and education about whiskey with the Black Bourbon Society.

Caribbean Spiced Spiked Sliders with Cool Mango Cucumber Slaw

Slider Ingredients:

  • 2lb Ground Turkey
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Jalapeno (Diced with Seeds)
  • 1 Small Red Onion – diced small
  • 1/2 each Red, Yellow, & Green Pepper – diced small
  • 1 Firm mango – Diced small
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro – Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup of Chef Mimi J’s Hot Jamaican Scorned Spice (sub Jerk Seasoning)
