    I’m sharing my recent experience and a copy of my complaint to this establishment. We’ve only read pretty good reviews about this place, so we’re still confused about the way we were treated. 🤷🏾‍♀️

    To whom it may concern, I’m writing to express my disappointment in the unprofessional and horrible service I received at both Ten:01 Bistro located at 2533 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX and Turkey DAM located at 2523 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX. My husband made Birthday dinner reservations for 10-12 people for July 30, 2022 at Ten:01 Bistro. He received a text on July 29, 2022 advising him the reservation had been cancelled, without an explanation. We attempted to call the two phone numbers listed for your business, 214-792-9085 and 469-515-8069 but no one answered. We texted several times and looked for ways to connect with someone on social media, until finally speaking to someone. We where told Ten:01 Bistro was shut down due to “unknown” reasons, but my reservation could be moved next door to The Turkey DAM. After unsuccessful attempts to make reservations elsewhere, we agreed to move our reservation to Turkey DAM. When we arrived at Turkey DAM at approximately 6:30, and were met in the parking lot by the attendant on duty, and was told the kitchen was closed and all they could serve were drinks & hookah!!! I must say, this was a very disappointing experience. This was our first time at your establishment. I will never recommend your services to anyone I know. You all embarrassed me and wasted my time as well as my family’s and friend’s time!! The “manager” we spoke to, very nonchalantly, told us everyone in the kitchen walked off and quit. If this is true, it says a whole lot about how you do business. I really don’t feel like you deserve to reopen. Why would you?? To provide poor service to my community when things start to get hard? We do not need fake businesses popping up to take our money and treat us bad. I’ve never experienced anything like this before in my adult life! It’s unbearable, unbelievable & unacceptable. There are good people out here, like myself, who wish they had a business; and there are those striving to maintain their business and at the same time hold up their integrity and their reputation. You and your business partners have not done neither. You all continued to make reservations with customers; fully aware that you where facing one of the worst business challenges. Your neglectful behavior ruined evenings and special occasion. With no apology or reason. This is no way to do business. And this is not the way a business should treat the tax paying public. Maybe God will remove you from your space and allow someone else who is more deserving to be blessed! Someone who can bring a much better mature vibe and service to our community. Apparently, whoever you are, it’s very clear that you are not ready.
