Posted at 07:19h, 16 NovemberAfter all the hype regarding Angela Logan’s mortgage apple cake, I was half expecting to be disappointed when I tried one. Nothing could taste that good, right? Well, the hype was real – this is one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted. I brought one to a family gathering last year and everyone was talking about how moist and tasty it was. It is very sweet but also so moist that it melts in your mouth. After a large holiday dinner, it was light enough that people who had declared themselves “too full for dessert” went back for seconds! A very satisfying way to end any special meal. I’d give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could.
