Posted at 12:10h, 14 JulyOn Juneteenth, I ordered the Smothered Catfish and it was divine. Yesterday I ordered the Catfish Opelousas and it was DELICIOUS. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I would highly recommend Gumbo Geaux’s if you’re in the mood for a Creole seafood dish.

Posted at 11:42h, 17 JulyWe went to lunch here and the food was terrific. I had blackened catfish and my husband the pork chop. The meat was tasty and tender, the sides and sauces wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed it and know where to go now NOLA food.
