Grilled Fraiche is a culinary fusion concept with Caribbean blends, operated as a (QSR) quick service restaurant. Founded in Los Angeles, CA in 2015 with a food truck and open its 1st brick and mortar location in the city of South Central LA, known as Hyde Park in March 2017. As a family business, we are looking to continue to grow in the community and provide human beings from all walks of life healthier quality food options. We stand to support one another and build communities through culture, providing an enjoyable experience through our customer service; eating great food, good music, positive vibes, and meeting great people along the way.
