The business started as a fundraiser where we raised over $14K using our Grandmother’s hundred year old pound cake recipe to send one of sons to 7 countries in Europe for 14 days and the other son to China for 17 days as Student Ambassadors during the summer of 2014. We have been in business 6 years and are producing approximately 20 different flavors. Our Heirloom Pound Cakes come in Bites, Slices, Snack Sizes, Mini Loafs, Half Loafs, Loafs and Rounds. We also make Birthday Cakes, Slice Trays, Wedding and Special Occasion Pound Cakes. Our flavors include: Emily’s Original, Lemon Blueberry, Lemon, Key Lime, Chocolate, Cranberry Orange*, Strawberry Lemon*, Skillet Caramel, Butter Pecan, Red Velvet, Turtle, Coconut Buttermilk*, Pineapple Coconut and Coconut Pecan to name a few.
